Quote Distribution Records
When you email or fax a quote, the system will automatically record the following information:
A copy of the actual quote record.
The quote number.
Company name & Salesperson.
To whom the quote was faxed/e-mailed to with date and time stamp.
The user who sent the quote.
Any cc's e-mailed.
This information can be found right after you E-mail the quote from the Generate (Print) quote page, on the ISQuote Home page, the Quote list page or by selecting a Quote Distribution Report.
