Stage Settings
Description - Enter the description for the Stage
Order - Optional field to add the "order" in which you want the Stage to fall.
Lead Time - Optional field to enter an estimated Lead Time for the entered stage.
Add to Job - Optional field - Check this box if you want this stage to be automatically displayed on all Jobs.
Record Job Stage
To record the stage of the Job, select Job Stages while in Edit Job mode.
Click the Add button to add the selected "Stage" to the Job.
When the Job moves to the next stage, close the previous stage by changing the Stage Status from Open to Closed.
A field for Stage Notes are also available.
