Export Quote To Excel Format
ISQuote allows you to export a quote into Microsoft's Excel format. ISQuote offers three export formats:
Export with List Price
Export with Net Price
Export with List Price and Multiplier (The Export with List Price and Multiplier contains a field out of the print zone. Changing the number in this field will modify the pricing on the .xls quote. This Excel sheet is typically used if your customers would like to modify the quote to forward to their customers. They simply have to change the multiplier in the appropiate field, save and send.)
To export the quote, navigate to the Print Quote page. Select the format from the drop down list and click the .xls icon to export. (You also have the option to attach the Excel formated quote to an emailed quote.)
To export a quote to Excel format, select the form you wish to use and click the Excel icon on the left. Click > Open for Excel to open the document.
You will now be presented with the quote in Excel format:
