Note: Once you copy a quote and make modifications to the quote you have the opportunity to copy the orginal quote or the newly modified quote.Select the quote you want to copy from the Quote Screen.
- Select the Copy Quote button at the top of the screen. You will then be directed to the Add Quote Screen.
Enter the customer name in the "Search" field and click on "Set Customer" .
The information on the page will refreshed and will be replaced with the new customer information.
Note: Only the manufacturers that are approved for the newly selected customer will be copied over.
Click save to continue to the Edit Quote page.
If there are no additions or modification to the copied quote click on the print icon at the top of the Edit Quote page.
Modified Copied Quote
After you modify a quote that has been copied, you will be presented with another option when you want to copy the same quote again. You can pick from "Copy this Quote" or "Copy Orginial Quote."
