Users'">Users
Note: You must have administrator rights to modify/add/delete users.
To add new users to ISQuote select > Users from the main menu. Select New > you will now be on the Add Users screen shown below.

Complete the following fields:
| User: |
Enter users ID. This can be up to four characters long. |
| User Name: |
Enter the users first and last name. |
| Default Office: |
Select a default office for this user if you have multiple office locations. |
| Default Mfg: |
Enter users default manufacturer from the drop down list. |
| Role: |
Select the users role from the drop down list. For more information on Roles see: User Roles below. |
| Password: |
Enter a password for this user. User passwords must be at least four characters long. |
| Email: |
Enter users email address. This is a required field. |
| Export Option: |
Select the export option you wish to allow this user | Click Save.

| Administrator |
Administrators have full permissions through the system. An administrator can modify all site settings, add and delete users and all records. |
| Sales |
A sales role allows the user to only view information and access and modify the Job Tracking |
| Quote Entry |
Quote entry has full permissions with the exception of modifying users and site records. |
Edit Users
To edit an exsisting user, click the edit icon next to the user. You will be directed to the Edit User page. You can make your changes here.  Additionally you can designate which recent links they would like displayed at the top of the screen. Example: A user may only want to see the last quotes that they have view and is not interested in seeing a recent link to a contact or customer file. Check the boxes of the files they wish to have displayed on their screen.
