ISQuote System Set up
There are a number of system setup records that must be recorded before you begin using ISQuote. We will input these records for you. Print this page and complete all sections below the best you can and return to us by email or fax. Interep Systems, ISQuote: Fax: 866-779-0173. Users – Please list all users who will access ISQuote and the Role you wish to grant them.

Approval Letters – Section 1
This statement appears on every Approval letter sent from ISQuote. The systems default Approval Letter section 1 is as follows:
The undersigned requests consideration of the following:
PROPOSED SUBSTITUTION:
The items below include product descriptions, specifications, drawings, photographs, performance and test data adequate for evaluation of the request; applicable portions of the data are clearly identified.
The items below also include description of changes to Contract Documents which proposed substitution will require for its proper installation.
The undersigned states that the following paragraphs, unless modified on attachments, are correct.
1) The proposed substitution does not affect dimensions shown on drawings.
2) The undersigned will pay for changes to the building design, including engineering design, detailing and construction costs caused by the requested substitution.
3) The proposed substitution will have no adverse affect on other trades, the construction schedule, or specified warranty requirements.
4) Maintenance and service parts will be locally available for the proposed substitution.”

Footnotes
ISQuote allows you to use unlimited footnotes. Footnotes are used to make a comment on a quote or a line item and can be manufacturer specific for terms or conditions or a general comment. There is no default footnotes listed in the system. These fields are not mandatory. If you would like to have footnotes, list them below and we will enter them for you. (You can always add more later.) A few examples are listed here:
AE – Approved Equal – The item listed has been approved as an equal to the specified product. VA- Voluntary Alternate – This item has been quoted as a voluntary alternate and is subject to approval. BS - Base Specification - This item has been listed in the base specification.

Customer Type
ISQuote utilizes a “Customer Type” that is useful when creating pricing matrixes. The default Customer Type is “General”. A Customer Type can be defined as a “Stocking” or “non-stocking” / General or Standard / Plumbing or Heating. You can define your industry specific Customer Type or just use the default “General” customer type.

Item Type

An Item Type can be defined as a “Pumps” or “Fittings” / “General” or “Standard” / “Plumbing” or “Heating” /” Commercial” etc. You can define your industry specific Item Type or just use the default “General” Item Type.

We will upload your product lines into ISQuote. Product lines must be submitted in Excel format. Each item in the spreadsheet must include:

· Description

· Unit of Measure
· Specification Sheet Link
· Information Sheet Link
- Box Qty
- Case Qty
- Pallet Qty
- Pricing Flag
- Freight Class
· Item Notes Customer List
We will upload your customer list into ISQuote. The customer list must be supplied is Excel format. Each customer must contain the following:
· Company Name
· Your Salesperson for this customer
· Your Territory for this customer
· Customer Price Type
Optional information to include:
· Address, city, State & Zip
· Phone & Fax Number
· E-mail address (up to 4 separate)
· Notes
