ISQuote

ISQuote can generate numerous reports each with many variables. Listed below are report that can be run:

Addiditionally you can run the Quote Details/Summary and Job Tracking/Summary Reports from the ISQuote Home, Job/Quote, and Job/Quote Edit Screens.

When running a report from the ISQuote Home Page and the Job and Quote Page - the report will list anything that you are currently viewing. To modify the report by Salesperson, select the salesperson from the drop drop. You have more selection options when running from the Job and Quote screen and from the main Report Request section of ISQuote.

To run a report from the Report Request screen, select > Reports from the main menu to access the Report Request screen. Select the report you wish to create by clicking on the icon next to the report.

Each report you create can have many variables. If you wish to view all information on the report such as Customers in our example below simply click the Run Report button. The report will will be viewable at the bottom of your screen containing all information relating to the report.

You may also define your report by selecting the variables listed for each report. In our example below for the Customer List report, we can select a particular customer, salesman, territory, customer type or range. (From - To).

Your report can also be sorted by two variables by selecting from the drop down lists in Order 1 and Order 2.

Common data on reports

Reports will all contain common data such as a Run Date, Report Name & Page information. This information is listed across the top of each page.

You may export your to a .pdf file by selecting Export form the dropdown and clicking > Export.
