 Menu Selections
ISQuote utilizes a vertical menu on the left side of the screen containing all major functions and processes in the system. When a selection is made you will navigate to the selected process. A list of records will now be displayed.
Each menu process has the following: View Page and Edit Page.
View Page
View Page - Displays customers in a list format with all related information. Each view page will contain the same tasks:

Click this button to create a new record |

Edit |
Checking a box next to a record and clicking Edit will navigate you to the Edit Record page. You can also go directly to the Edit Record page by clicking the edit icon  next to the record. |

Export |
Exports the data in the view screen to .xls format. |

Pagination |
Displays the number of pages and the page size. To view more or less records on a page change this number. To move forward and back pages click   . |

Search & Filters: |
Enter information in the search field and select Go. To further define your search select from the filter dropdown lists.
Example: If you only wanted to see those customers for a particular sales person, select the name from the Salesperson drop down list and click on Go. |

Each record typically has these icons to the left. Edit Record: , Selection box:  and Show Record:  . |
