Gain more screen space!
To gain additional screen space click on the collapse/expand button located in the upper left corner of the screen.  This is very helpful when entering multiple lines in a quote.  By clicking on the this button the header panel will collaspe allowing you to view more information.

View quote lines in reverse order.
To view the last entered item when entering quote line items, click on the arrow shown below. 

How to change your default email body.
To change your default email body, select > Office Locations from the main menu.  Select the > Edit button on the office location you want to modify.  Edit your default email message is the email body field as shown below.
