What operating system do I need to run ISQuote?
A: ISQuote is typically installed on your server running Microsoft Windows Server 2000 / 2003 or 2008. This includes Small Business Server 2000 / 2003 or 2008. ISQuote can also be installed on a single PC running Microsoft XP Professional or Vista Business.

What other system requirements do we need?
A: ISQuote requires a minimum of 1GB of RAM and 5GB of available free hard drive space.

Do I need to install faxing software?
A: NO! ISQuote has built-in faxing software, no other software is needed to fax from within the program!

Do I need to purchase the Microsoft SQL Server software?
A: NO! We provide everything you need to run ISQuote!

How many users can be logged in at time?
A: ISQuote is sold in 10 User Pack licenses. The only user limitation is the number of licenses you purchase.

Do I have to install any client software?
A: NO! No additional software is required to run ISQuote.

What Web browsers does ISQuote support?
A: ISQuote supports Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari. (We do suggest running the latest version on any web browser.)

What does web based software mean?
A: Since ISQuote was developed in a .NET application using Microsoft SQL Server, all data and program files are located on your server, however users access the program using any internet browser. The program can also be accessed from outside your office using the same navigation yet uses two step security.

Does ISQuote support customer specific pricing?
A: YES! ISQuote allows for a wide variety of pricing configurations from item, category, customer and territory specific pricing.

Does ISQuote support tier pricing?
A:YES! ISQuote supports tier pricing in all pricing matrix configurations.

What special features will I see on the printed quote?
A: With ISQuote you can choose to print item specification links, item images and pick and choose which pricing columns you like to be printed or omitted.

Can the quote be exported into an Excel sheet?
A: Yes, ISQuote offers multiple formats to export a quote into an Excel sheet.

How do I send quotes from ISQuote?
A: ISQuote runs internal e-mail and fax software. Click the e-mail or fax button to send off your quote!

Can my outside sales staff log into ISQuote to track Jobs?
A: YES! Outside sales can log into ISQuote from any internet connection* and update Job Status, make notes and run reports. *This feature is available if your system administrator allows users this type of access.
