ISQuote allows for users to upload documents and attach them to a Job directly related for reference and document storage. Additionally users have the ability to attach that document to a quote.
Documents can also be stored under the Documents tab in the Job/Quote screen. Any document that has been uploaded and attached to a Job or any other document that has been loaded under the new Documents tab can be attached to an e-mailed Quote. Note: Documents can only be attached and sent with e-mailed quotes. This function is not available for quotes that are faxed.
Attached a Document to a Job/Project:
To attached a document to a Job/Project, locate the Notes section under the desired Job/Project.
Click Add to add a new note. Select the browse button to locate the document you wish to upload.
Once selected click the Upload button. This document will now be stored with the Job/Project. 
Upload Documents to General Documents Documents can also be stored in the General Documents section of the Job/Quote screen. To upload a document click the Browse button to locate your document. Once selected click the Upload button. The document will now be stored in ISQuote and can be attached to any Quote that is e-mailed from ISQuote.

To delete a document from ISQuote check the box next to the document you want to delete and click the Delete button. The document will now be discarded from ISQuote and will no longer be available to attach to a e-mailed Quote.
