Copy Quote

Copy Quote is a time saving feature in ISQuote.  Copy Quote allows you to copy an existing quote to send to another customer.  Since pricing is set on the customer file, the price structure will follow the customer and be applied to the copied quote.   If a quote has multiple manufacturers and the customer you are copying the quote to does not buy all the product lines, the system will eliminate them when copying over to the new customer.

• Select the quote you want to copy from the Quote Screen.
• Select the Copy Quote button at the top of the screen.  You will then be directed to the Add Quote Screen.

Enter the customer name in the "Search" field and click on "Set Customer" . 
The information on the page will refreshed and will be replaced with the new customer information.

Note:  Only the manufacturers that have been added to the new customers data base will be copied over. 

Click save to continue to the Edit Quote page.  See:  Add Line Items

If there are no additions or modification to the copied quote click on the print icon at the top of the Edit Quote page.

Modified Copied Quote

After you modify a quote that has been copied, you will be presented with another option when you want to copy the same quote again.  You can pick from "Copy this Quote" or "Copy Orginial Quote."
