Broadcast Quote

To broadcast a quote across a Territory or Salesperson to both customers and contacts. i.e. Engineers, contractors and/or customers follow these instructions:

After you generate the quote.  Scroll to the bottom and make your selections under Broadcast Quote.



1. Select the Print Columns you want to include in the Broadcast

2. Select the Contact Type from the dropdown list.(the default Contact Type is Customer)

3. Select a Territory.

4. You can further define your list by Salesperson and City, however Contact Type and Territory are mandatory.

5. You will be presented with a list of contacts

6. Review your list. Uncheck contacts that you do not want to include.  Once you are satisfied with your list, click Broadcast Quote.

7. Check the Quote Distribution list for verification.

8. Note: The maximum number of broadcasted quotes is 100.
