Icon	Name	Description
	Expand/ Collapse	Click to collapse frame allowing for additional work space.
	Calendar View	Selecting this icon allows users to view quotes and jobs in a calendar view.  Select again to close.
	Pagination	Page back to first page / page back one page.  Page forward to next page / page forward to last page.
	Page Size	Most pages default to 10 records.  To increase or decrease page size, enter number and select "Go".  Total Items equals the total number of records.
	Search Filters	Filters allow you to further define your search by making a selection from the drop downs.

	Job & Quote Report	Show information on record.  Shift click opens the information in a printable screen.
	Track Job	Track job, add information pertaining to the job.
	Edit	Edit record
	Notes	Note record - The small number next to note icon indicates the number of notes added to the record.

	Hyperlink	Underlined text is a hyperlink navigating to record
	Approvals	Generate an approval letter

	Note	Add a note line to the quote.
	Add New Part	Add a new part to your item master on the fly.  Using this function allows you to quickly add contacts and customers without having to leave your current screen.
	Delete	Delete record.
	Save	Save record.
	Sort	Sort quote line items by first to last entry or last to first entry.
Fn	Footnotes	Click this hyperlink to view all available footnotes.
	Edit Item	Click to edit the item - Note any changes made to the item will reflect on the quote.
	Price Code	Click to view the price code details
	Item Info	Click to view the item information
