Site Maintenance & Settings

Note: Making modifications to the Edit Site Record: Do not modify any of the un-highlighted areas, modifications to the these records should only be done with the assistance from our customer support.

Expiration Dates:
ISQuote offers two settings for quote expiration date. You can choose to have the quote expire X number of days from the actual date the quote was entered or X number of days from the bid due date.

Check the box "Expiration from Bid" if you want the quote to expire from the Bid Due Date, otherwise it will default to the date the quote was entered.

Enter the number of default days you wish your quotes to expire.

Quote Entry Page Size
    Enter the default quote entry page size. This will reflect when you are entering a quote as to the number of lines the quote will show while entering. Note: We do not recommend that you display more than 10 lines while entering a quote. This will slow the refresh rate. If you find the page refresh is too long, please change the page size to a lower number.

Company Logo

To add/change your company logo, click the >Browse button, locate the logo you wish to add. (Note:  Logo files should fit in a space of 200 x 80 pixels) Click upload.
You must change the logo file name in the box named "Logo File".  Do not modify the location string, change ONLY the file name. Example: G:\Quote\Quotes\Images\imagefilename.jpg

Fax Settings

Note: Do not modify the fax settings! Doing so will eliminate your ability to fax out of ISQuote.

Print & Label Defaults

Define the print default options. Changes made here can be overridden when generating a quote.

Additional defaults that can be set here are:

Default Decimal Places (Enter the number of decimal places you want your quotes to be.)
Default Spec Sheet and Info Sheet Labels (This can be overridden on the Edit Item page.)
Max Item Image Size: We recommend no larger than 100 x 100 pixels.
Item Image Placement - Choose from Below the item description or to the Right of the item description.

If your company logo includes your company name, you may not want this information to repeat itself on the printed quote. To eliminate your company name from printing on the quote, uncheck "Print Company Title." See example below:

Terminology:

Within the site record, you can define the terminology throughout the system for the reference to "Job" or "Project" . Enter the word of your choice is the space provided and click Save.

NOTE: Terminology 2 - 9 are not currently in use at this time.
