Note: Customer and Contacts are different from each other in ISQuote.
Customers are defined as a company that you will be sending a quote to.
Contacts are people associated with the Job or Quote such as a General Contractor, Engineer or Architect.
To add a new customer or contact to the database select > Customer or Contact from the main menu.
Complete the information in the left panel to add new and click > Save to continue.

Complete the remaining customer/ contact information including the email address. This address will indicate where the quote will be emailed. You can include up to four additional email addresses if you wish. Select > Save to continue.
Template customer check box: Check this box if you want to use this customer as a "general" customer. Note: A template or general customer can be created if you do not wish to quote a particular customer.
Note: When you check the Template Customer box, the Salesman & Territory will always default back to the selection you made here regardless of the Salesman and Territory on a job or quote.

Add Manufacturers to Customers & Contacts
To associate a manufactuer with a customer or contact, click on the Manufacturer tab at the top. In the field boxes below you can set manufacturers for your customers and contacts. By default all manufacturers are selected. Uncheck the box next to a manufacturer if you do not want the customer or contact associated with this manufacturer. Additionally you can add notes to each.
