Entering a Job into ISQuote is the start of the job quoting process.  In order to produce a quote you must first enter a job.  Entering a job only requires two pieces of information to become a valid job.  Those are the Job Name and a Bid Due Date. (Note:  The bid due date defaults to today's date.  Change the date if necessary.)  Of course the program allows for additional information and can be added at anytime.

Job Quoting Process is defined below:

Enter a Job > Enter a Quote for the Job > Send Quote to Customer

or

Select a Job already on file > Enter a Quote for the Job > Send Quote to Customer


or

Copy a Quote > Select New  Customer > Send Quote to Customer
